The Classic Paella Valenciana is traditionally made with tender chicken pieces, prawns, and a variety of fresh seafood. Here on Gran Canaria, choco (squid) is a must, and a selection of local mussels completes this mouth-watering culinary experience. The paella is cooked over an open fire, just as it should be.

Join us at 6:00 p.m., when Tobias will perform a live show cooking, preparing the paella right in front of your eyes. Guests will enjoy a selection of delicious tapas to start, followed by the freshly cooked paella as the main course. Don’t miss out on this authentic experience of paella cooked over an open fire. Olé! as they say in the sunny south of Spain.
Price: €49 per person, including tapas, paella, and all drinks* from 6:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
*The price covers wine, beer, sangria, and non-alcoholic beverages.
