Right in the heart of Bio Finca Las Tenerías , seven lovingly designed accommodations await you, embedded in a unique oasis of palm trees, orange groves, blooming gardens and organically cultivated areas.
Here you can enjoy the perfect combination of tranquillity, nature and Canarian charm – just a few minutes from the beaches and the lively south of Gran Canaria.
All residential units were completely renovated in 2019 with great attention to detail. Each accommodation is individually decorated and combines the traditional Canarian style with modern living comforts.

The Organic Finca Las Tenerías
The approximately 230-year-old Bio Finca Las Tenerías (translated as “The Tanners”) is one of the most beautiful historic fincas in the south of Gran Canaria. It is located in the idyllic village of Arteara – in the middle of the biosphere reserve and surrounded by an impressive natural landscape.
Majestic palm groves, dense reed belts and spectacular rock formations form a unique backdrop. From the finca you can enjoy fantastic views over the famous valley of Fataga – also known as the “Valley of a Thousand Palms” – up to the almost 2,000-metre-high volcanic mountains in the interior of the island.
Directly from the finca, numerous walking and hiking trails invite you to discover the original Arteara and the fascinating nature of the surrounding area.
Experience sustainability
On over 21,500 m² we practice certified organic agriculture with a lot of passion. On the organic Finca Las Tenerías grow oranges, lemons, avocados as well as numerous other types of fruit, vegetables, salads and fresh herbs.
Our small finca family also includes chickens and several bee colonies that produce our own finca honey.
Many of our fresh organic products are available daily directly in our lovingly furnished farm shop – regional, sustainable and directly from the producer.
Relax & feel good
The detached accommodations, together with the historic main house, form a small, cosy finca village with spacious communal areas.
Look forward to our barbecue area for convivial evenings, leisurely breakfasts or typical Canarian tapas as well as numerous quiet retreats between palm trees, gardens and orange trees.
All accommodations also have their own terrace and offer plenty of privacy for a relaxing holiday at Bio Finca Las Tenerías.
The perfect location
Bio Finca Las Tenerías combines absolute tranquillity with an excellent location.
In only about 15 minutes (13 km) you can reach Playa del Inglés, Maspalomas with its famous dunes as well as numerous shopping facilities and restaurants.
The picturesque mountain village of Fataga is only about 5 minutes away and is ideal for a day trip. The finca is also easily accessible without a rental car – bus line 18 stops right in front of the entrance.
Chill-Out Pool Area
Our lovingly designed chill-out pool area is the perfect place to relax.
Surrounded by manicured lawns, exotic flowers, palm trees and orange trees, comfortable sun loungers, bath towels and a cosy lounge made of solid wood await you.
The pool with integrated waterfall creates a very special atmosphere. In the evening, an atmospheric lighting concept transforms this area into a romantic oasis of well-being in the open air.
