Look forward to a cozy evening with our
Chanterelle buffet.

Creamy soup, fresh salad, tender pork tenderloin,
chicken from the oven and vegetarian spinach dumplings:
Enjoy our autumnal combinations with chanterelles,
served with homemade butter noodles and apple crumble to finish.

• Chanterelle cream soup with herb croutons –
  crispy bacon separately
• Lukewarm chanterelle salad with green asparagus,
  colorful leaf salads, pomegranate and vinaigrette
• Home-baked finca bread with our
  homemade aiolis
• Pork tenderloin medallions with chanterelle cream sauce
• Chicken with chanterelles and thyme
  from the oven
• Spinach dumplings with fried chanterelles
  and parmesan cheese
• Homemade butter ribbon noodles
• Green beans
• Apple crumble for a sweet finish

Drinks are not included.

You can also rent the Bio Finca as a venue
