We are already looking forward to our Finca Café – Restaurant opening again on the weekend of May 15th and 16th. This week there is something very special oriental and mantras! Sabrina Tomei will sing Indian mantras for us in some episodes on Sunday, May 16th. The motto oriental cuisine suits us very much! Our cuisine impresses with wonderful Spanish, international and southern German specialties. A culinary promise!

On Friday evening there will be our Noche der Tapas again at 4.30 p.m. Summer is knocking and we are looking forward to opening it until 8 p.m. We are looking forward to a great weekend!

You can look forward to different curry variations such as the red curry madras, yellow lamb curry, green vegan curries. Ayuvedic rice (specially prepared rice with coconut milk and pineapple), Mango Lassi (a buttermilk mango cocktail without alcohol) and the typical Indian dessert: fried milk balls are delightful.

Sabrina Tomei has learned to sing mantras and healing songs in the last 5 years and sings both original music as well as her own compositions which she accompanies with guitar or harmonium. The native Italian is very well known through her regular appearances at retreats, events, workshops and meditations.

Singing mantras helps us balance the nervous system, focus on the present moment. Sabrina underlines the peace and quiet of the finca. Over the course of the day we will receive a few examples of your skills.

Of course, as always, there is our delicious Ensaladas Las Tenerías, including our mixed herbs and scrambled duck eggs, as well as the beef fillet Las Tenerías, which enjoy constant popularity. A kitchen highlight every weekend!

We are starting to allow small dogs on the finca. If you can carry your dog to your table and it stays up, you are welcome at the terrace. If you dog is a big one, we have a nice place, were your dog can have a lovely experience watching the chickens, whilst your stay.
