Tapas 2.0. – Our cook on this evening is Amarildo, whom everyone calls Amar. Amar comes from Brazil and has been living with his husband Markus in Gran Canaria for a few years. He has been cooking since he was 10 and has passion for cooking. Currently he has already made it into the preliminary round of a Spanish TV show on the subject of cooking: MasterChef Spain! We keep our fingers crossed for him!

As always, we will go on a Finca tour with our new guests and will introduce you to the individual areas of the Finca. Our ‘small animals’ tour is also new: chickens, ducks, geese and our black pig Paulinchen are waiting for your visit. Our baby ducks and chicks are always a special highlight, they are just too cute and all children – big and small – are happy when they are petted. After the Finca tour is over, in addition to the usual drinks, the bar also has freshly squeezed orange juice and smoothies ready for you.

Amar lets us try selected dishes on Friday evening. Every dish can be sampled and the result is a menu with different starters, main courses and of course the dessert shouldn’t be missing.

We particularly look forward to tasting the homemade avocado ice cream!

In order to better represent the Brazilian ambience we have invited original Brazilian singers and dancers who bring us a little closer to the rhythm of the Copa Cabana.

On this evening we have a menu price of 39, – € per person, which includes wine, beer and non-alcoholic drinks.
