On this Saturday there are Maultaschen dishes, as well as our Finca menu, in our Finca Café – Restaurant from 1 pm to 7.30 am. After big, regular and we on the kitchen motto: Swabian Maultaschen. Swabian Maultaschen in Gran Canaria? – How is that possible? Are you asking yourself for sure –

Tobias was born in Swabia and also did his culinary training in beautiful Swabia. So it is easy for him to prepare the filled dumplings. So that it doesn’t get boring on the plate, there are not only the classic Maultausche, but also those with mushroom and meat filling, salmon and spinach filling and, last but not least, farmer’s ravioli, which are filled with a similar filling to the classic, but with a slightly coarser finish.

Of course, we won’t serve you the Maultaschen alone. Maultaschen in broth, as a Swabian pizza (as an omelette with egg) or with a wonderful Swabian potato salad … It is definitely culinary on Sunday.

As always, we will go on a Finca tour with our new guests and will introduce you to the individual areas of the Finca. Our well loved ‘small animals’ tour is also new: chickens, ducks, geese and our black pig Paulinchen are waiting for your visit. Our baby ducks and chicks are always a special highlight, they are just too cute and all children – big and small – are happy when they are petted. After the Finca tour is over, in addition to the usual drinks, the bar also has freshly squeezed orange juice and smoothies ready for you.

For everyone who would like to have Maultaschen at home, we also vacuum fresh! The Maultaschen can be kept in the refrigerator for a week or can be frozen well.

The price per kilo of the Maultaschen varies depending on the type between 12.80-15.80 € and we look forward to pre-ordering them.

We are starting to allow small dogs on the finca. If you can carry your dog to your table and it stays up, you are welcome at the terrace. If you dog is a big one, we have a nice place, were your dog can have a lovely experience watching the chickens, whilst your stay.
