This Saturday and Sunday there are ravioli dishes in our Finca Café – Restaurant, as well as our Finca menu. We are looking forward to the kitchen motto: Swabian Maultaschen. Swabian Maultaschen on Gran Canaria? – How is that possible? You’re probably wondering –

Tobias is a native of Swabia and also completed his culinary training in beautiful Swabia. This makes it easy for him to prepare the filled dumplings. So that it doesn’t get boring on the plate, this time the Maultaschen are available as classic Maultaschen with meat filling, chorizo Maultaschen with meat and chorizo filling and of course also our delicious vegetarian Maultaschen with vegetable filling. Of course, we don’t serve German pasta alone on the plate: Maultaschen in broth, as a Swabian pizza (as an omelette with egg) or with wonderful Swabian potato salad… It will definitely be culinary on the weekend and reservations are requested.

We also sell our Maultaschen to go and will be delivering fresh, vacuum-packed Maultaschen on Thursday, May 8, 2025, and Sunday, May 11, 2025. Wonderfully delicious, homemade.

Our events on the finca

Every Friday our fabolous Noche de Tapas.

For our new guests we offer a detailed finca tour, where we show you the different areas of our finca. Our small animal tour is new: chickens, ducks, geese and our black pig Paulinchen are looking forward to your visit. A special highlight are our adorable baby ducks and chicken chicks – a treat for children and adults. Just let our waiter know if you would like to take part in a tour.
