Summer 2026 now bookable
Finally, the summer 2026 season is open for booking.
Look forward to a 15% discount on all houses and rooms for the travel period
from 01.06.2026 to 31.08.2026.
The prices on the website are already discounted and can be booked directly online.
We are very much looking forward to seeing you and to many wonderful holiday weeks in the paradise Arteara on Gran Canaria.
You can comfortably cater for yourself in the fully furnished houses or enjoy our
breakfast, dinner or half board.
Many of our accommodations now also have current videos in the description,
so that you can get an even better idea of what to expect from us.
Our couples special
Our early bird prices can be combined with the couples special:
Stay as a couple in our beautiful Palomar 2 or Palomar 3
and get a 35% discount on the rental price of the house.
On request, we can provide you with breakfast or half board.
Thanks to the fully equipped kitchens in the houses, you can also cater for yourself.
The minimum stay for the couples special is 3 nights.

Our properties are all self-contained and most of them have private pools.
We produce our own food and sell our products such as fruit, vegetables, eggs and much more
in our finca shop.
In addition, many things can be booked individually with us:
from bread roll service to breakfast, lunch and dinner to a private BBQ
on your holiday terrace.
In summer, every Friday there is our
Noche de Tapas.
Thursday, Saturday and Sunday are also our
Finca Café – Restaurant
for you.
