General Terms and Conditions of Bio Finca Las Tenerías
§1 Validity for Entrepreneurs and Definitions
(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries and services between us and a consumer in their version valid at the time of the order.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.
§2 Conclusion of a Contract, Storage of Contract Text
(1) The following regulations on contract conclusion apply to orders placed via our online store at http://www.bio-grancanaria.com.

(3) The presentation of goods in our online store does not constitute a legally binding contract offer on our part, but merely a non-binding invitation for the consumer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
(4) Upon receiving an order in our online store, the following applies:
The consumer submits a binding contract offer by successfully completing the order process provided in our online store.
The order process includes the following steps:
- Selection of the desired goods
- Confirmation by clicking the “Order” button
- Review of the information in the shopping cart
- Clicking the “Checkout” button
- Registration in the online store after creating an account and entering login details (email and password)
- Final review and correction of entered data
- Binding submission of the order by clicking the “Place order” or “Buy” button
The consumer can correct input errors by using the “Back” button of their internet browser to return to the page where the details were entered or by closing the internet browser to cancel the order process.
We confirm receipt of the order immediately via an automatically generated email (“Order Confirmation”), with which we accept your offer.
(5) Storage of contract text for orders via our online store: We store the contract text and send you the order details and our General Terms and Conditions via email. You can access our Terms and Conditions at any time at http://bio-grancanaria.com/agb/.
Past orders can be viewed in our customer area under “My Account” → “My Orders.”
§3 Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment, Due Date
(1) The stated prices include statutory VAT and other price components. Any additional shipping costs are specified separately.
(2) The consumer may choose from the following payment methods:
- Prepayment
- Cash on delivery
- PayPal
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
(3) If the consumer chooses prepayment, they are obliged to pay the purchase price immediately upon conclusion of the contract. If payment by cash on delivery is chosen, the purchase price is due upon receipt of the goods.
§4 Delivery
(1) Unless otherwise stated in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for immediate dispatch. Delivery takes place within 2 working days at the latest. The delivery period begins as follows:
- For prepayment, the period starts on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank.
- For all other payment methods, the period starts on the day after contract conclusion.
If the period ends on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday at the delivery location, the period is extended to the next working day.
(2) The risk of accidental loss and deterioration of the sold item passes to the buyer upon handover, even in the case of mail-order purchases.
§5 Retention of Ownership
We retain ownership of the goods until full payment of the purchase price has been made.
§6 Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of contract conclusion.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of your withdrawal before the deadline expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from a different delivery method chosen by you other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the date we receive your withdrawal notification.
We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the original transaction unless explicitly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for this refund.
If you requested that services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services provided until the time you notified us of withdrawal.

§8 Warranty
The statutory warranty provisions apply.
§9 Room Booking
Accommodation and overnight bookings are binding after reservation.
Cancellations are subject to the following deductions:
- Up to 42 days before departure: 30%
- Up to 30 days before departure: 35%
- Up to 22 days before departure: 40%
- Up to 15 days before departure: 45%
- Up to 7 days before departure: 55%
- Up to 3 days before departure: 80%
- From 2 days before departure: 90%
Contract Language: The contract language is exclusively German.
