Hola dear guests, friends and family. Felices Fiestas 2025. The festivities have begun and we wish you a Merry Christmas and happy days in between .

We have prepared a lot for you. Freshly baked fine Christmas cookies are waiting for you! We still have the last 6 Christmas geese on offer, at our finca or at your home. Homemade greaves lard and foie gras, our delicious Christmas stollen and the Finca Ciabatta are just waiting for you now! Here is a small overview of our event over the days. We are looking forward to it!

We start the old year with a coat of paint with our White Party. The interactive event. We paint white together and in the evening there is a small party for everyone who helped. Food and drink are free.

Our Noche de Tapas – every Friday! Start your evening at 5:30 pm with a refreshing welcome drink and an exciting finca tour. From 6:30 p.m., a festive tapas menu awaits you with an incredible variety of delicious tapas! We have a new concept: You can pick up the two main courses yourself at the BBQ if you like. The bridge to the kitchen has been built and there is movement in the evening. The dessert is then served again with delicious café specialties at the table.

Christmas among friends on 24.12.2025 – 19:00. We look forward to welcoming you to a special evening at the Finca Café – Restaurant. Depending on the weather, the menu takes place outside or inside at El Pastor. Of course, we provide a pleasant ambience and also have blankets ready for you!

Dinch at the Bio Finca – relaxed start to the new year (01.01.2026 from 4 to 8 pm) … many people don’t know “Dinch” yet – the term is made up of DINner + luNCH. It describes a late-afternoon dinner: relaxed like an early dinner, cozy like a late lunch. Perfect for those who want to enjoy but still want to be in bed early. On our organic finca we celebrate a new year with smokery & BBQ: exuberant holiday atmosphere, chill-out atmosphere, finca tour, good food and all drinks included.

Let’s Dance – It’s Disco Time at the 💃🕺 ABBA & 70s Party at the Bio Finca! 💃🕺! On Saturday, January 03, 2026, our organic finca will be transformed into a glittering time machine of the 70s – from 4:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.! Immerse yourself with us in the golden era of ABBA, Glam & Disco Fever – with the best music, colorful outfits and summery joie de vivre! ✨
