This Saturday and Sunday there are ravioli dishes in our Finca Café – Restaurant, as well as our Finca menu. We are looking forward to the kitchen motto: Swabian Maultaschen. Swabian Maultaschen on Gran Canaria? – How is that possible? You’re probably wondering –

Tobias is a native of Swabia and also completed his culinary training in beautiful Swabia. This makes it easy for him to prepare the filled dumplings. So that it doesn’t get boring on the plate, this time the Maultaschen are available as classic Maultaschen with meat filling, chorizo Maultaschen with meat and chorizo filling and of course also our delicious vegetarian Maultaschen with vegetable filling. Of course, we don’t serve German pasta alone on the plate: Maultaschen in broth, as a Swabian pizza (as an omelette with egg) or with wonderful Swabian potato salad… It will definitely be culinary on the weekend and reservations are requested.

We also sell our Maultaschen to take away and will also deliver fresh Maultaschen, vacuum-mined, on Sunday May 26th, 2024. Wonderful – delicious – homemade.

Our kitchen impresses with culinary mottos and with wonderful Spanish, international and southern German specialties.

Our events on the finca

Every Friday our fabolous Noche de Tapas.

Sunday 1pm-8pm we are open for you in the Finca Restaurant – Bar – Café. In June the Bio Finca is closed on Saturdays.

As always, we do a finca tour with our new guests who do not know the finca and explain the individual areas of the finca to you. Our little animal tour is also new. Chickens, ducks, geese and our black pig Paulinchen are waiting for your visit. Our baby ducks and chicken chicks are always a special highlight, they are just too cute and children big and small look forward to petting them. In addition to the usual drinks, the bar also has freshly squeezed orange juice and smoothies ready for you.
