Join us at the Finca Cafe for another culinary highlight on Sunday 23rd August 2020. Tobias will cook his special Valencian Paella for us – a delight. Thanks to his relatives, Tobías spent his summers in Valencia for many years and learned how to prepare a typical Valencian paella from the local housewives.
The Valencian Paella is a classic dish prepared with chicken, prawns and other seafood. Here in Gran Canaria you shouldn’t miss the cuttlefish and mussels that make a mouthwatering dish.
This Sunday at around 1:30 p.m. Tobias will prepare the paella as a live show cooking. This is a great opportunity for everyone who has wanted to see how a real paella is made on fire. We recommend prompt arrival at 1pm when the cooking show starts. Olé, as they say in the south of the peninsula!
