This Sunday, October 4th, 2020 the Finca Café – Restaurant will open from 1pm and the kitchen motto is Hellas – Greek specialties.
As always, we go on a finca tour with our new guests and will walk you through the individual areas of the finca. There is also a new small tour to the animals: our chickens, ducks, geese and our black pig Paulinchen are waiting for you. Special highlights are always our baby ducks and little chicks, they are just too cute and children big and small look forward to petting them. In addition to the usual drinks, at the bar we also have freshly squeezed orange juice and smoothies ready for you.
On the menu there will be homemade gyros with tzatziki and baked with metaxa sauce, tzatziki, moussaka, souvlaki, bifteki, dolmadaka and Grischiescher farmer’s salad, as well as our classic ensalada and beef fillet las tenerías.
If that was all too Greek for you, here is the solution: Moussaka is the Greek lasagna. Minced meat sauce, wonderfully gratinated with a note of cinnamon and potatoes. Souvlaki are delicious fried meat skewers. Bifteki are minced meat fritters and dolmadaka are filled grape leaves. The Ensalada las Tenerías comes with everything we have in the field and the beef fillet Las Tenerías comes with a delicious palm honey sauce and side dishes.
